A Body-N-Motion will stay in motion, and here at Body-N-Motion we will put you in motion! Our training programs are tailor made for each and every client. The one size fits all approach does not work when it comes to training people with unique goals and needs. Our workouts can meet the needs of the disabled, the elderly, expecting mothers, executives, professional athletes and anyone in between.

Interests: I like playing basketball and weight training. I also spend time assisting with underprivileged children.
